I believe the rebuild is triggered by deleteing the LISTNAME.html file and
restarting Listserv, as I recently did after trimming over 200 lists. In
this case it would probably be easier to just nuke the existing LISTNAME.ind
files in the WWW heirarchy and do a get/put on the header.
