I noticed that the UCBCMSA LISTSERV was unavailable to me as well --"offline".

We are having a network backlog problem be/ of a bad link to UTAHCCA.
The only way to control the load is to inhibit Listserv processing.
LISTSERV will be offline until the network can start to clear- sorry, but this
is the traffic jam of the '90's.
