Not in 1.8c.  It will be possible in 1.8d, but it will depend on the
setting of the Notebook= keyword rather than the setting of the Confidential=
keyword.  (E.g., "Notebook= Yes,...Private" will require a logon with
the user's LISTSERV password.)

I believe this functionality is available now in beta for some platforms,
but it requires a 1.8d LAK.
