As a fairly long-term, non-techie list owner, I suspect I may be missing
something here, but . . .

I looked quickly at the mailserv site and I don't understand what it's
offering that the web interface currently available with listserv
doesn't. I couldn't be happier with the utilities available through
it. It's linked to the (very slick) archive site, and unless there's a
lot more local tweaking going on than I'm aware of, is extremely
straightforward and powerful.

Have a look if you want to compare its functionality to something else.
