Hypothetical situation:
You have a size limit on your list, and you also have the list moderated
or edited.
 
 
Question 1:
Does the editor only receive the submissions to the list that are within the
size limits, or does the editor have to check the size?
 
 
Question 2:
How does ack/noack work with a moderated or edited list?
