} Is it possible to put a file with attachments in the filelist so that
} when someone GETs the file the attachments work (don't want to see a
} string of gibberish)? If so, how? None of my attempts have worked.

Most mailers require that in order to recognise attachments, there has
to be a mime header in the email. An example:

     Content-Type: multipart/mixed; boundary="M9NhX3UHpAaciwkO"

Without that header, you will see the mime-encoded (usually base64) file
as gibberish. It can be extracted with a bit of work.

Save it as a text file on your PC. I use an extension of B64 (which may
not matter) but is a convenience because on my PC, double clicking on a
".b64" file in explorer will open Winzip with that file. I don't recall
if that was done by Winzip when I installed it or I did it myself.

Using a text editor, remove all except the actual encoded file. This
step may not be needed but I do it anyway for "cleanness".

Point Winzip at the file and extract. Other zip programs MAY also
recognize and extract base64 encoding, haven't tried. Back in Win31
days I used Wincode from Snappy Software, which seems to have gone away.
