Thanks everyone for the help.  Bill Harvey came through at WU.  He found
where the messages were queuing up.  Thanks Bill.  The former user's service
found they were still processing old messages as well.  They promised that
they stopped them this time.  Stated something about "This mmdf mailing
system leaves a lot to be desired..."
