Is there a reason LISTSERV couldn't be rigged (next release) so that header
options can be set by mail command, just like subscription options are? IOW:

<job <listname> header PW=ABCDE>
set ***EDITOR= [log in to unmask]
append ***EDITOR= [log in to unmask]
clear ***EDITOR= *@*
<eoj>

Or:
set listname ***REVIEW=<etc> ;PW=ABCDE

Wouldn't that circumvent the whole "default header/whole list" argument?
