I was not aware that BITNET is still in operation, that anyone uses BITNET
addresses.  Yet, in the past week I have received error reports (no such
user) for one subscriber at excite.com, where sometimes it is excite.com
and sometimes it is, if I recall correctly, excite.bitnet .

Then, have a couple of subscribers at III.COM.  On the same day, got one
error report for each of them (identical userid for one, an unsubscribed
variant userid for the other), no such user, giving @DSPAM.BITNET as the
address.

Any ideas as to what is going on here?  What is DSPAM.BITNET?
