As listowner, I think the best step is to write directly to the
subscriber and tell them that the reason they are not receiving the
list mail is because their ISP is rejecting it as spam. Let them
complain to the ISP's tech support -- they are more likely to respond
to an angry customer than to someone they think is a spammer :-)
