But the problem Susan has is not going to be solved by Review= Owner.
It might help just a little, but it won't help with the names
that the "abusive" person already gleaned from a past REVIEW, and
it won't help with deterring the "abusive" person from gleaning
userids from the LOG files (if there are any), unless you make the
LOGs OWNER also (for future postings by future subscribers).
 
Even kicking her off the list won't resolve the fact that she already
has a list of subscribers (unless Susan's subscribership is extremely
dynamic, it probably isn't going to change much over the next months
while this problem seethes).
