Some confusions here... I have experienced a problem before, let me tell
you what!!!

When I was trying to go into Listserv List Management, but I could not
have the access, I knew I should have. I tried doing owner's command for
a test, the same result as the web interface. I asked my co-owner if she
got the access, she said yes. I checked with my site administrator, and
he found out that the mistake was with my list confuguration header!!!!
That prevented me from accessing the list management so, yes, Pete is
correct that if you remove old e-mail address from Owner= header, it
will still work that way. That is how LISTSERV is defined in the
LISTSERV header to read Owner= keyword.
