I know that this question has been beaten to death, so I'd appreciate it
if you could just send me a FAQ or point me in the right direction. I
don't want to clutter the list with the same tired discussion:
 
How does one go about setting up a new Internet/Bitnet mailing list, when
one is NOT the administrator of a site or domain? I would be interested in
finding out about all types of mailing list software, in addition to LISTSERV.
