We're officially calling these persons "LISTSERV maintainers", although
we realize people are going to call them "postmasters" until the end
of time....*sigh*.... :)  It's less confusing to call the person who is
in charge of LISTSERV the LISTSERV maintainer, since the real site
postmaster probably isn't the same person anymore.
