I was under the impression that when an e-mail went to LISTSERV it was returned with the confirmation at the top,  but no changes were made to the e-mail itself.  However, since our upgrade to 1.8d, the equal signs "=" which one of our lists uses for formatting and in URLs are being converted to "=3D", making things look different and making the links bad.

Our mail system was upgraded also, but this problem only appears in e-mails being returned from LISTSERV.

Does anyone know how we can get the equal signs to stay as sent.
