Two questions on the "Topics" keywords (I think the answers should be
included in the description of this keyword in the keywords memo):
 
1. Is the match case-independent (and does there _have_ to be a colon
   after the topic name in the Subject line of the message)?
2. Will the match properly ignore "Re:" (and variations) preceding the
   topic name in forming a successful match?  It should, IMHO, i.e., if
   "Topic1" is in the "Topics=" list, is should match the regular
   expression  /^Subject:( *)(re:)?( *)(Topic1).*/
   or something along those lines (I haven't shown case distinction for
   simplicity, but the match should be case independent).  Does it?
