During the past few weeks, we have noticed a change in the site names
of hosts of some of the LISTSERV discussion lists. In particular,
PUCC and UGA have changed to PUCC.BITNET and UGA.BITNET in the Sender
and Reply-To fields. I'm assuming that PUCC and UGA made some change
to a local parm file. What does a site have to do in order to cause
this change?
