Doesn't work. This command generates the same output as the
normal EXPLODE command, eg. a job that moves only 4 of the more
than 200 entries.
 
The command I'm trying is:
 
   EXPLODE PHYSICS (WITHOUT(RICEVM1) PREFER MARIST
 
to move all the subscribers to the MARIST peer before I remove
the peering statements. I would expect it to move all the
recipients to the other peers, not just 4.
