WWW_ARCHIVE_CGI=/scripts/wa.exe
to
WWW_ARCHIVE_CGI=https://your.server.name/scripts/wa.exe

or go.user (unix) change

WWW_ARCHIVE_CGI="/cgi-bin/wa"
to
WWW_ARCHIVE_CGI="https://your.server.name/cgi-bin/wa"

stop and restart LISTSERV.  Above assumes default URLs, yours may be slightly
different but I'm sure you can figure it out.
