Several people here are signed up for the same list.
 
I recently subscribed our (brand-new) Netnews server to several of
these lists.  I also told the appropriate LISTSERV to 'SET REXXLIST
FULLHDR' (for the appropriate lists).  The user is not concealed, and
is (probably) the only user with FULLHDR set, so I would figure its
mail would be sent separately from those without FULLHDR set.
 
The server isn't consistently receiving mail.
 
If I log onto the server, turn messages on, and 'TELL LISTSERV AT
VMTECMEX Q NETSCOUT' I get the appropriate response back - the userid,
the options for the list, etc.  But no mail.  A few files come in, but
it almost seems dependent on how many subscribers there are here locally-
once I unsub'd from REXXLIST, the server stopped getting postings.
 
I'll say right here, I don't think it's a NETNEWS problem - the server
isn't getting the mail from the mailer, and I can get console files from
my account, our local MAILER, and NETNEWS.
 
Does anyone have any suggestions ?  To my knowledge, most - if not all -
of the lists I added - REXXLIST (OHSTVMA), VM-UTIL (OHSTVMA), IBM-MAIN
(AKRONVM), VM-REXX (OHSTVMA),  NETSCOUT (VMTECMEX) and other lists are
on servers at R1.6d.  I'm getting ready to re-sub until this is resolved.
