We are top loading subscribers to a new list. This certainly raises the
probability of a bad address.  A quick test would be to receive bounced
mail when the welcome message is sent out.  However, out system people
have decided not to route all mail through LMAIL, so, being on a VM
machine, we have no support owner-listname/listname-request addresses.
The welcome message defaults the return-path to owner-listname - ex:
 
Return-Path: <[log in to unmask]>
 
For list mail we set the list to:
 
*  Safe= No          Loopcheck= Full         Errors-To= Owner
 
Which does not put in the owner-/-request addresses, but this does not
appear to work for the welcome message.  How can we change this so we
get bounces for welcome messages to bad addresses.
