File owners can retrieve information on who is AFD'ed to a particular
file by using the AFD GET command. However, file owners cannot
retrieve AFD information on a package. Attempts to do so will will
result in a message that no file by the name of <somename> PACKAGE
exists. Ok, that makes sense. <somename> PACKAGE is a logical group
of files and not a physical file. However - if the Listserv postmaster
sends an AFD GET <somename> PACKAGE command to Listserv, a list of all
the users who have AFD'ed to the package is returned.

Granted, the postmaster is a step closer to God than a lowly list/file
owner, but why can't the later retrieve this info?
