On Wed the 9th I found that the MAILDIST files since the 5th had been
building up in LISTSERV's RDR.  So I did I CP CHANGE and thought nothing
further of it.
 
However, today I find that over 300 MAILDIST files are again on USER
hold from the 9th when I release the others.
 
What have I messed up this time? ;-)  The only change I can think that
I made was to add the DIGESTSND line to WAKEPARM FILE.
 
Any ideas why these files are not getting automatically unheld?
