Converting multiple lists

We are converting our lists from another product to ListServ on a windows
platform.
I have mapped the product's options to ListServ options and created
scripts for each of the lists.
What is the best way to process all of these scripts?
Should I just create .list files for each list?  Or submit an email for
each list?
