Hello all. Some times, listserv delay 10 minutes sending a mail
BUT in logs I can´t see this message:
-> Not a subscriber, will process in 10 minutes.
or
-> New subscriber, will process in 10 minutes.
For example, [log in to unmask] is member of UTC-L and has send a lot
of mails to this list:
4 Aug 2003 11:50:54 Processing file 102238 from [log in to unmask]
4 Aug 2003 11:50:54 Sent information mail to [log in to unmask]
4 Aug 2003 12:00:54 Processing file 102238 from [log in to unmask]
4 Aug 2003 12:00:54 Processing mail from [log in to unmask] for UTC-L
4 Aug 2003 12:00:54 Rebuilding HTML page for UTC-L...
4 Aug 2003 12:00:54 Distributing mail ("UTC-L") from
[log in to unmask]
and his mail is 10 mn. delayed. (without 10 mn. warning message in log)
[log in to unmask] is a utc-l member too, and mail is distributed
immediately:
4 Aug 2003 12:06:15 Processing file 102243 from [log in to unmask]
4 Aug 2003 12:06:15 Processing mail from [log in to unmask] for UTC-L
4 Aug 2003 12:06:15 Rebuilding HTML page for UTC-L...
4 Aug 2003 12:06:15 Distributing mail ("UTC-L") from [log in to unmask]

I have another user with another problem: In logs, ALWAYS have
New subscriber, will process in 10 minutes.
