Let me guess... this feedback you're keeping score on is mostly e-mail,
right?  Reminds me of a Harlan Ellison title... "I have no mouth and I
must scream".  We have a good number of users who want to use SJU as a
permanent address and have us forward mail to whatever ISP they're on for
the moment.  Right now some of them are on AOL and you're destroying all
their mail.  One of the more popular questions I've been fielding today
is: "Does Brad Knowles live anywhere near NYC"?
