May I  rather suggest  that the POSTMASTER  at the node  be informed  of the
existence of  a thingie called  LISTSERV, and be told  to forward any  and all
questions about the aforementioned entity to  user "xxxxx" who is in charge of
said device?  POSTMASTER is supposed  to be the  ONE contact point  for crying
HELP when in dire need.
