Thanks for the quick answers.
 
I still think that the listname and  nodename should be part of the list
header. I believe that adding  the two keywords: Listname= and Nodename=
would not hurt anyone, even if  the information is available otherwise -
this would  cause the list header  to contain all the  information about
the list.  I really think  that most people  would assume that  a "print
ALL" would give them all the available information about the issue.
