One of my something-related listowners posted a something-related
announcement to a bunch of something-related lists based here of which
he was also a subscriber.  As a result he was placed under review
globally and can't even authorise postings to his own list.  Is there
something I can do as Postmaster to tell Listserv (all of them or at
least the local one) to let him off the hook?  (This is under OpenVMS).
