Hello
I have listserv set with a special address to subscribe users.  When they send a
message to subscribe they do not actually send it to the "listserv" address.  At
least as far as they know.
However when sent from an AOL address there is no name.  So it sends back a
message to the user asking for them to add there name when subscribing.
I would like to edit this form.  Where is the template?
