I added TOPICS for subscription in Calling the L-Soft CGI Program with this email in input:

SUBSCRIBE LIST name surname WITH TOPICS: French

And I added these default TOPICS in the LIST header:
Default-Topics= HTML,text, French 

I'd like to where if it's possible to customize the form of subscription (as for example http://peach.ease.lsoft.com/scripts/wa.exe?SUBED1=LSTOWN-L&A=1)   in order to allow the customers to choose various options with checkbox 
as Language, HTML format and so on
