Ok, I give up!  Since I took over the job of postmaster (and Systems
 Programmer) I have tried to change the name of the postmaster that
 appears when I (or whomever) do a 'tell listserv help'.  To no avail!
 It's probably something trivial, but I have been unable to figure it out
 or find any documentation on how to do it.  Any help would be appreciated.
