  Wow, deja vu!  The exact same symptoms I was looking at.  (See prior mail
from myself.)

  And therein lies the problem.  LISTSERV is out of synch with BITEARN NODES.
I thought that a lot of this stuff used to be done automatically when LISTSERV
was started back up after the BITEARN NODES file was updated.???  Anyways, like
my other mail states, TELL LISTSERV NODESGEN, from the postmaster account,
works wonders.
