In case no one has responded privately, and even if they have, UBVM, internet
name ubvm.cc.buffalo.edu hosts two war lists:
 
VWAR-L  for discussion/veteran help of the Vietnam War
WWII-L  for discussion/veteran help of World War II
 
     Send mail to [log in to unmask] with the command:
 
sub listname Firstname Lastname
 
     Bitnet connected host can subscribe via the tell command:
 
Tell listserv@ubvm sub listname Firstname Lastname
 
The archives are also availabe via anonymous FTP to ubvm.cc.buffalo.edu,
CS to VWAR_L or WWII_L.
