Based on SJU's not-very-recent version of Listserv, mailing your listserv@wherever
from the same domain the command:

list detailed

...may get you what you want.  Your Listowners may choose to CONCEAL information
in their headers (which will be indicated eg: {68 lines hidden}) or use different
formatting styles that make extracting just the info you want difficult.
