I have added to my LISTSERV a small package of tools to remotely update
FILELISTS (without being logged onto LISTSERV or 'SFing' the filelist and
manually editing). These are provided AS IS, but they work well for me. Use at
your own discretion. By the way, the package/files have a GET FAC of CTL.
