Putting all this information together suggests that LISTSERV.BSU.EDU cannot
receive any mail from anywhere off-campus or outside of the campus
network/mail system.  This is either accidental or intentional on the part of
the mail system admins and/or the LISTSERV admins.  Direct communication (e.g.
by phone) will be necessary to resolve this since email is obviously blocked.
