BITEARN *may not* be on a  dynamic disk. BITEARN NODES *must* be ACCESSed
when you start up LISTSERV, and  any disk which is ACCESSed when LISTSERV
is started is a  static disk. The DBxxxx ought to be on  the same disk as
the archives, if they're not, it's a bug.
