Thanks to everyone for the help with the @@oclc.org thing I complained
about.  And especially to Andy Hooper for posting a fix for the Sendmail
8.6 rewrite rules.  Unfortunately the Sendmail 8.6 machine is running
the "subsidiary" configuration, so those rules changes don't help.  I'm
going to install Sendmail 8.7.
