I am finding that justified text in listserv messages is causing me a lot of problems. I try to write filters to scan for messages and would rather not have to use regular expressions to get around the multiple spaces. I'd like to suggest that we turn off justification for all listserv messages.
For example, in the following text, I'd like to search for the string "For security reasons" and discard the mail, but justification makes this awkward.
>For security reasons, the INDLRN135 list has been configured to request
>positive confirmation of messages posted to the list. You must now confirm that
>the enclosed message did originate from you. To do so, simply reply to the
>present message and type "OK" (without the quotes) in the text of your message,
>or click on the link below. If this does not work, or if the message did NOT
>originate from you, contact the list owner for assistance.
