duplicate names in subscriber list

Greetings all. 
Our trainer has called and asked me if there is a way to 
determine/screen out duplicates in a list. She has a list 
owner who has imported 24000 users into his list and 
determined there are around 150 duplicates. Any way to do 
this? Thanks.
