   As Eric has already pointed out (LSTOWN-L Posting #15148) and as
it is stated in the rules for the lottery -- prizes are NOT FOR
RESALE!  If it is listed as transferrable, than you may do exactly
that -- give it to someone -- but you may NOT sell it!  If you'd like
another prize of equal value can be substituted.
