Deleting a mailing list cannot be done using LISTSERV commands.
Generally what you want to do is to stop LISTSERV, delete the files
relating to the mailing list (or move them to another directory where
LISTSERV won't find them), and restart LISTSERV.  (Actually I think
stopping and restarting LISTSERV is optional.)  Whether or not you
can do this remotely depends on the system LISTSERV is running and
what tools for remote access are installed on it, which you should
discuss with whoever's running the system.
