Had a question regarding setting up filelists.  If you want to create
a filelist for a list on listserv and you put the notebook option into
the list, then add a 'listname' filelist line to 'listserv filelist',
I get that far. But do the entries created automatically by the notebook
option automatically get put into 'listname' filelist or does the list
owner have to put them there? Thanks in advance.
