If you have been to C|net, you may have noticed that they have a cool CGI
that allows a person to subscribe to their various LISTSERV lists.

I would like to do the same thing for my company's lists, but have run into
a dead end.

Has anyone else implemented one of these?  If so, is there a sample perl
script or C program available to examine?
