I'm completely new to the nuances of peered lists. The list HISTORY
has a number of peers and is currently experiencing the phenomena
whereby when a message is posted to one of the peers the rest complain
that the post they are to distribute is a duplicate. Attached below
is an example of a typical complaint. Can anyone give me some direction
on clearing this up? I would be greatly appreciated.
