Last couple of times I sent something to L@B, I got the message
back "Sorry, LISTSERV is temporarily offline."   Other times
in recent memory yielded the message that the CUNYVM-BITNIC
link was down.  All symptoms, to be sure.  I too would like to
know what's really going on.
