The list-owner-only SETable subscriber option of REVIEW
(or the list's default-option) is used to explicitly
moderate users.  To approve the posting, the moderator
(or if none are defined, the first/only list-owner)
forwards the message back to to the list (where LISTSERV
does the "right thing" of stripping off all the header
garbage and makes the post look like it came from
the originator).
 
If the owner is satisfied that the subscriber is
posting within the netiquette/rules, s/he may
turn off future moderation by issue the list-owner
only command
 
SET listname NOREVIEW FOR [log in to unmask]
