Send= Editor, Hold
Editor= [log in to unmask],(LIST_NAME_HERE)

Must define real person@address as first-named editor=, the second setting
defines any subscriber as editor= (and allowed to post freely)  Non-subscribers
are neither and thier posts will be sent to first-named Editor= for approval.

Can define additional Editor= persons and moderators if you need to.
