Error 256 from COPYFILE

Whenever I try to update the file MEETING CALENDAR (or some
other file) on the PolymerP FILELIST (of which I am the owner)
on listserv at RUTVM1 I get the message:
 
Error 256 from COPYFILE while processing your "PUT MEETING CALENDAR"
request.
 
What does that mean? Can someone at RUTVM1 correct this problem, please?
